Webcast
Quick Start
Connect to the live webcast via the following link:
- You can send questions in during the live webcast:
- Note that Real Player may give you a "Requested file not found" error except during the live webcast.
- We are providing the webcast to the public free of charge thanks to sponsorship by NASA/JPL.
- See further instructions below.
Overview
Most portions of the workshop will be webcast live:
- Introduction section, including Welcome address from the Georgia Tech administration
- Keynote presentation
- All presentation sessions (including Q/A period at the end of each session)
We also intend to make the recordings available later via this website for ongoing reference.
Recommended Pre-Workshop Viewer Preparation
- Install the free Real Player viewer if you do not already have it.
- Test your setup by viewing one of the Sample Lectures from GIT Distance Learning.
Viewing Procedure
- Check the Workshop Program page for any late-breaking updates.
- All times are US EDT, i.e., the local time in Atlanta
- All times are approximate
- Download the presentation materials for the talks you wish to view (follow links from the Program).
- The webcast will focus on the speaker rather than the presentation screen, so you will need these materials to enhance your experience (e.g., following the webcast in one window, while paging through the material in another window).
- Note the speaker may use an updated version of their presentation (we will attempt to post the latest version).
- Connect to the live webcast via the following link:
